I recently stayed at a hotel in Hoi An, and I had a great experience. the location was perfect - about a 10-15 minute walk to the town center. It was situated in a quiet area of town, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and free internet in the lobby. I stayed in a room with a double bed, and it was perfect for me and my partner. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, and breakfast was included, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

Everything was just as I expected, no improvements needed.

The staff at the reception are very helpful. They have bikes for rent and are 2.5 km from the beach, which you wouldn't know unless you ask them. The other public beach is 5+ km away . While their standard room wasn't much to talk about, having upgraded to another room after checking in, it was a much nicer experience. The superior room has lots of light and is much more modern.

Their breakfast is very poor. Cold. Very poor fruit selection and no meats, sausage, etc for the breakfast. Just simple eggs to brighten up an otherwise poor breakfast. Shuttle service is not very useful. Would help if it got in closer to the main streets in town. Easier to just walk into town or ride a bicycle.

Outside of hold town

the location was perfect as it was situated between Hoi An village and An Bang beach. This allowed me to easily explore both areas without any hassle. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and equipped with modern facilities, including a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. It was a great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

The swimming pool it's ok

The situation isn't ok but the hotel have a shuttle from hotel to hoi an center.

Having the pool to ourselves, room was very comfortable, staff friendly and attentive! Was worth being a little bit out of main town for the peace and quiet

Breakfast wasn't great (pastries, fruit and bread only) but this was because they were renovating part of the hotel and had few guests

If you're looking to stay in a convenient location, this hotel might not be the best choice. It is situated away from Hoi An's old center, meaning you'll have to commute to experience the lively atmosphere and attractions. there are no restaurants or bars around the hotel at dinner time, leaving you with limited dining options. On the bright side, the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to get you to the town or the beach.

The room we stayed in had a dimly lit bathroom with a bathtub that didn't drain properly. the towels provided were grey, dingy, and fraying, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of delicious food choices and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's shuttle service was prompt and made it easy to get to key locations nearby. the hotel had a nice swimming pool where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The rooms could have been cleaner and were a bit cramped. The hotel's location was not ideal as it was near a busy road and could be noisy.
